Amendments in the notification regarding -export promotion schemes

G.S.R.---- (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.56/2000-Customs, dated the 5th May, 2000, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) vide number G.S.R. 399 (E), dated the 5th May, 2000, namely:-

In the said notification, -

(i) in the opening paragraph, for the word, figures and letter “paragraph 4A.8”, the word and figures “paragraph 4.45” shall be substituted;

(ii) in the second proviso, for the figures and word “120 days”, at both the places where they occur, the figures and word “90 days” shall be substituted.
